What is community nursing
Community nursing is clinical care delivered in your home by a qualified nurse.
It is not basic personal care. It is not a support worker with a training certificate. It is nursing, the same standard of clinical care you would receive in a hospital or clinic, brought to you.
Community nursing is for NDIS participants who have complex health needs that require ongoing clinical oversight. This includes people managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery or a hospital stay, or living with high-intensity support needs.
How we support your clinical care
Managing a complex condition, or coming home after a hospital stay, is hard enough. The last thing you need is a care system that adds to that load.
Community nursing done well isn't a compromise. It's safer, less disruptive, and better for long-term recovery than facility-based care. And for many participants, it's what makes staying home possible at all.
We bring qualified, experienced nurses to your door. They work alongside your existing medical team, follow your treatment plan, and adapt as your needs change. You don't start from scratch every visit, you have a nurse who knows you.
